This is not just any taiko show, come along an experience Zassõ’s unique creations.

Zassõ is a taiko Group who’s focus is to move away from some of the more traditional aspects of taiko, using it as a tool for social and environmental change.

Taiko groups are often named after natural things with majesty and grace. Zassō is the Japanese word for weeds. Their strength, resilience, tenacity and adventurous nature means they are a nightmare to get rid of; it’s best to appreciate them for what they are and let them grow!

After all, the difference between a flower and a weed is only judgement.
