It’s been two and a bit weeks since we closed applications for the first Plymouth Fringe Festival. Since then I’m sure you’ve been clutching an ever-depleting supply of easter eggs and refreshing our website just dying to find out more (No? Just me?). Well, even if not, there’s good news!
This Wednesday, at 12pm, we’ll be announcing all the shows which will be gracing Plymouth’s stages between Monday 25th and Saturday 30th May 2015. It’s quite the selection and we’re sure there’ll be something to please everyone. Better still – you’ll also be able to book tickets online from Wednesday too through this very website. So, if you’re the organised type, you can plan your week of theatre-going knowing that there’s a seat in the auditorium with your name on it (not literally, that would be a logistical nightmare, but you get the picture).
And if you’re as excited about the festival as we are (which is to say, quite a bit), we’d love it if you could do a little something to help us out. We want news of what a fantastic programme we’ve got to spread far and wide both in Plymouth and across the country/world/universe. If you’d like to help us out, and put smiles on the faces of the hundreds of people involved in making the festival happen, then you can tweet/facebook/reddit/tumblr/snapchat/tinder(?) using the hashtag #PlymFringe and linking to plymouthfringe.com. We’ll be collecting all your thoughts on the programme throughout the day and so you’ll be immortalised forever in our digital scrapbook.
If you prefer a programme that you can hold in your hands then we’ll be releasing those shortly and distributing them across the city so keep your eyes peeled!
Only six weeks to go!
